After serving 4 years in the Navy I started my real estate career. Since then I have been helping families buy and sell real estate in Jacksonville for 6 wonderful years. Irealized that my joy and excitement came from working with buyers. So I now focus all my time, effort and education on helping buyers find a home by:

· Evaluating the specific needs and wants and locating properties that fit those specifications.

· Assist in securing appropriate financing and determine the amount that they can afford and payments they are comfortable with.

· Showing homes to the buyer that meet their specifications and price range.

· Researching the selected properties to identify any problems or issues to help the buyer make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase the home.

· Advising the buyer on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the home.

· Present the offer to the seller's agent and the seller on the buyer's behalf. 

· Negotiate on behalf of the buyer to help obtain the identified property  while keeping the buyer's best interests in mind. 

· Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (e.i. home inspectors, movers, attorneys, carpenters, etc.) if these services are needed. 

· Most importantly, fully-represent the buyer throughout the real estate transaction. Also being available after the transaction to answer questions or concerns such as how to file for homestead exemption, what                 improvement would give the most return, and any other questions that come up.
