I was born and raised in an Air Force family, with very strong ethics, morals and duty to country.  I had the opportunity to travel overseas and graduated from High School in Frankfurt, West Germany.   As an adult, I have had the opportunity to travel to many diverse areas of Asia, having lived in Hong Kong for four years, during the change over from Britain to Chinese rule.  Our family of three boys was quite a challenge living overseas.  What a life experience it was!

After many years of visiting my parents who retired here in the area, my family and I decided to move from Northern Virginia to Orange Park, FL in July of 2004.   My dream of selling real estate instead of managing it (I was a Commercial & Condominium Property Manager for many years) became a reality in August of 2004.   I have always had a passion for helping people and seeing them achieve their dreams.  I have always been very service oriented, caring about the client, striving to be my best in delivering service and results.  I placed my license with Vanguard GMAC, who only employs full time career agents that must maintain a high level of customer service and attend continuing education classes continually.  Team Knapp, with Kim Knapp leading the helm, became my place to grow and be mentored.  I have been in the business now five years and love it.   My enthusiasm combined with honesty, integrity and perseverance has forged many trusting and  lasting relationships with my clients.  Having earned through hard work, dedication and commitment to service, a national award for  100% Premier Service Diamond  from our GMAC Real Estate Corporate office in 2006 & 2007,  I understand the importance of professional ethics, integrity and “good old fashioned hard work and treat people as you would like to be treated.”

In my free time, I enjoy tennis, gardening, walking my dogs, reading, and boating on the beautiful  St. Johns River anytime I can!  I also devote time to my church, volunteering for special projects during the year
