I know how hard moving can be when you're serving in the military. You might be stationed on the other side of the country. Your leave might not provide the optimal amount of time to go home searching. Military life places many additional strains on the already stressful process of finding and buying a home. Luckily, I have experience finding homes for military families.
A high percentage of my clients are military families, and my system works wonders for the unique time and geographic constraints that are unique to military families. I realize that you will probably have a very limited amount of time to see homes and scout neighborhoods on what may be your first and only visit to Florida before you move. Whether you're going to be in Florida for a week, five days or only for a weekend, I will work tirelessly before your arrival and mold my schedule around yours to ensure that you see the homes you came to see. The fact is, nearly all of my clients who visit from out-of-town leave having bought a home!
I have placed families in Florida neighborhoods near and adjacent to Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Mayport, Camp Blanding, Craig Airfield, and Kingsland, GA. I have over five years experience working with servicemembers and their families. And being raised as a military dependent, I know the hardship and adventure of moving.
